The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software is licensed, not sold. The terms of this agreement are defined as follows: 1. GRANT OF LICENSE FOR SOFTWARE. G&J Solutions Ltd. grants you the following limited, non-exclusive rights: a. Software: You may install and use the Software on a single computer. You may also make a copy of the Software for backup and archival purposes. b. Evaluation: You may use this software for up to 30 days for evaluation purposes only. After which time, if you wish to continue using this software, you must register it by purchasing the software. c. Electronic Documents: Solely with respect to any electronic documents included with the Software, you may make a reasonable number of copies (either hardcopy or electronic form), provided that (a) such copies shall only be used for internal purposes and solely in support of your authorized use of the Software, and (b) are not published or distributed to any third party. 2. LICENSE LIMITATIONS. a. Distribution: This software may be distributed freely on online services, bulletin boards, or other electronic media as long as the files are distributed in their entirety. This software may not be distributed on CD-ROM, disk, or other physical media for a fee without the written permission of G&J Solutions Ltd. b. Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly: You may not alter this software in any way, including changing or removing any messages or windows. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce this software to a human perceivable form. You may not modify, rent or resell for profit this software, or create derivative works based upon this software. c. Registration Key Code: You may not publicize or distribute any registration code algorithms, information, or registration keys used by this software without written permission from G&J Solutions Ltd. d. Usage Costs: You accept responsibility for any network usage costs or any other costs incurred by using this software. e. Support Services: G&J Solutions Ltd. may provide but is not obligated to provide technical or other support for the software. Any supplemental software code provided to you as part of the support shall be considered part of the software and subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement. With respect to technical information you provide to G&J Solutions Ltd. as part of the support, G&J Solutions Ltd. may use such information for its business purposes, including for product support and development. G&J Solutions Ltd. will not utilize such technical information in a form that personally identifies you. 3. WARRANTY. a. No Warranties: G & J Solutions Ltd. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY for the Software. The Software and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or no infringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the Software remains with you. 4. LIABILITY. a. No Liabilities For Damages: In no event shall G&J Solutions Ltd. be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this SOFTWARE, EVEN IF G&J SOLUTIONS LTD.
